Yes, Disc Golf does have an official rule book as well as a competition manual! The Profesional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) maintains and publishes the rules of disc golf. An online version of the rules can be found here and printed copies may be purchased directly from the PDGA. We strongly encourage everyone who plays disc golf to become familiar with the rules of disc golf, even if not participating in competitive events.
